Quality Assurance in Another World (Kono Sekai wa Fukanzen Sugiru) is a manga written and illustrated by Masamichi Sato. The series first appeared on Kodansha’s Comic Days manga website in May 2020 and has since been collected into eleven tankōbon volumes as of April 2024. In May 2021, Kodansha USA announced that they acquired the rights to publish the series digitally in English. Later, in July 2022, during Anime Expo, Kodansha USA announced the print release of the manga series.

An anime adaptation of Quality Assurance in Another World was revealed on March 24, 2023. Produced by 100Studio and Studio Palette, directed by Kei Umabiki, with series composition by Shogo Yasukawa, character designs by Shigeo Akahori, and music by Yuta Kasai, Seima Iwahashi, and Daisuke Horikawa of Elements Garden. Initially slated for release in Q2 2024, it was postponed but is now scheduled to premiere in July 2024 on the Animeism programming block on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS. Crunchyroll holds the license for streaming the series.

The manga received positive reception from critics. Yasushi Kobayashi from Da Vinci praised its intensity, while Masaki Endo from Tsutaya News noted its uniqueness within the isekai genre. A reviewer from ITmedia described the story as enjoyable.
